ASC Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting for ASC members will be held on May 3rd at 10am at the Dwight Lakeview Seniors Centre (1004 Dwight Bay Rd, Dwight, ON). A zoom link will be available to attend the meeting virtually. We will go over a recap of the season, discuss plans for the future of the ASC and hold the bi-annual election for the President and Secretary executive positions. We are also looking for volunteers for the following coordinator positions; Regulated Signs, Regulated Signage Installation, Landowner Relations, Memberships, Volunteers, Social Events, Groomer Operations & Trail Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Business Liaison and Sponsorship, Lake Staking and Communications. ASC survives on the commitment of volunteers and we encourage you to come out to the AGM and step up for one of these coordinator positions.
