ASC Update: November 16th 2021

We have some good news and some bad.

Christmas Party:
It is with great disappointment that we have to advise that this annual event will again have to be cancelled due to Covid complications. It is typically held at the Blue Spruce Resort and an event that we all look forward to.

Poker Run:
This new event is currently in the planning stages. The ASC and The Brain Aneurysm Foundation are teaming up for a family friendly poker run. If planning is successful and enough volunteers and prizes are available, the event will take place on Saturday January 29, 2022 (rain date Saturday Feb 12/22).

BBQ At The Shelter:
This is being planned for the Saturday (Feb 19/22) of the Family Day weekend.

46th Annual Fish Derby:
Here is an event that everyone looks forward to. The event will be held on Saturday Feb. 26/22. Start time 8AM, weigh-in closes at 3PM.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to Lynn and Garry Logan for keeping this event going. Without them this would not be happening. Volunteers and prizes needed.

All these events are subject to getting enough help.
